Limiting your search

You may limit a search by using the Limit your search panel. This filters out unwanted search results. For example, when searching in the catalogue you may be interested only in items by a specific author, or with a certain publication year. The number in brackets next to each item indicates the number of items which correspond to it. For example, in the Language section, if English has (5) next to it, then 5 of the search result items contain the English language property; by clicking this item, the search results will be limited to these 5 items. The same principle applies when you want to limit your search for articles.

1. Locate the Limit your search panel.
2. Click the item that you want to limit the search results to.
3. Repeat step 2 to filter the search results further.
